At that time I wondered if lactose-free milk fed in the same way and discovered that most of the milks that are for sale in the supermarket have gone through pasteurization processes that make them lose a lot of their nutrients. I was still worried because the negative symptoms in our bodies decreased but did not disappear.
My eating practice changed completely at the moment we decided not to consume animal milk or its derivatives. We begin a research process to know the properties of other foods and find different sources of calcium.
This movement and change transformed me as a person because I understood that it is true that we are what we eat. This situation also sensitized me to understand that we should not only look at what we eat but in the process behind. Today I am a more sensitive person in what has to do with animal abuse.
